Sarah Khambatta, PCC is an ICF-certified leadership coach with over 13 years of experience helping women leaders strengthen their presence, communication, and influence inside complex organizations.

She has coached leaders across technology, healthcare, marketing, and HR—supporting them through promotions, expanded scope, and high-stakes leadership moments where clarity and self-advocacy matter most.

Sarah is a past President of ICF Los Angeles and is certified in ORSC (Organization & Relationship Systems Coaching) and DiSC assessments, bringing a systems-based, relational approach to leadership development.

Prior to coaching, Sarah led large creative teams and managed high-pressure productions—experience that informs her grounded, practical coaching style today.
