By enrolling in any coaching program, session, or community offered by Dreams Transform Reality Coaching LLC, you the participant agree to the terms below regarding access, participation, and payments.

1. Program Access

  • Enrollment includes access to 1:1 coaching sessions, group coaching programs, community portals, and any related materials provided by Dreams Transform Reality Coaching LLC.

  • Access is for your personal use only and may not be shared, transferred, or resold.

2. Attendance & Participation

  • Attendance at scheduled 1:1 or group sessions is the responsibility of participant.

  • No refunds will be issued for missed sessions.

  • Active participation in the community is welcomed but voluntary.

3. Confidentiality & Community Standards

  • Information shared in 1:1 sessions, group sessions, or in the community is confidential.

  • Disruptive, disrespectful, or unsafe behavior may result in removal from the program or termination of private coaching without refund.

4. Payments & Refunds

  • All payments are final.

  • Refunds are not available once you have enrolled, except where required by law.

  • Payment plans must be completed in full even if you choose not to participate.

5. Coaching Disclaimer

  • Coaching (private, community or group) is not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment.

  • You are responsible for your own decisions, results, and actions.

  • No guarantees of specific results are made.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All program content, including 1:1 session materials, group coaching recordings, worksheets, and community resources, are owned by Dreams Transform Reality Coaching LLC.

  • You may not reproduce, share, or sell this material without written permission.

7. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
